This is a very nice coffee that has nice body, medium acidity, excellent aroma, good flavor and leaves a clean cup. This an organic coffee grown at altitude of 1500 to 1800 meters above sea level, in the Caranavi rain forest of Bolivia. SCAA classified with 11%.13% humidity, with a minimum of at least 50% of beans screening above 17 and no more than 10% being at or under screening of 15. Coffee is certified by IMO Control. This is a hand selected and sun dried coffee, fermented in mountain spring water. This is a very nice coffee.
