These Cacao Nibs are made from our single origin Criolla Cacao beans, they are one of the the finest, gourmet, rare 100% Criolla, single origin Cacao Nibs in the market. They are harvested from wild Rain Forest cacao islands and not from a cacao plantation or from hybrid varieties (only approximately 5% of all cacao is wild harvested and almost all other cacaos are hybrid),. They are roasted at low temperature to insure full antioxidant, vitamins and trace minerals like magnesium and iron richness. Our cacao nibs have between 51 -59% cacao butter naturally. Great for snacking straight out of the bag, as a vegan replacement for conventional chocolate chips in cooking, or great as and addition to your favorite blended drink or breakfast cereal.
