This Cacao paste is made from our single origin Criolla Cacao Nibs, they are one of the the finest, gourmet, rare 100% Criolla, single origin Cacao beans in the market. They are harvested from wild Rain Forest cacao islands and not from a cacao plantation or from hybrid varieties (only approximately 5% of all cacao is wild harvested and almost all other cacaos are hybred),. They are roasted at low temperature to insure full antioxidant, vitamins and trace minerals like magnesium and iron richness. Our cacao paste has between 51 -59% cacao butter naturally. Pre-portioned to make elegant single cups of hot chocolate or for eating straight out of the bag for a chocolate explosion. Slightly acid with a rich chocolate fruit taste. This Super Food Cacao has been minimal processed and certified Organic in the Bolivian Rain forest and in our family owned plant by CERES under USDA, NOP, EU Organic norms.
